This website is operated by Port City Heavy Diesel Maintenance, ABN 55 967 578 153, of Gladstone and Rockhampton, Queensland. By using the site you are agreeing to what is on this page. If you do not agree with it, ring 0409 797 817 instead and we will talk it through.

It describes what we do and who we do it for, so an operator deciding whether to put us on a supplier list can see the work before the first phone call. It is general information about our services. It is not advice about your machine, your site or your shutdown, and it is not an offer to do work at a stated price.

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not book the work, hold a fitter, or commit either of us to anything. Work happens under a written quote and our terms of trade, and those are the documents that decide price, scope and timing. Where a quote and this website disagree, the quote wins.

Availability, lead times and rates change with the season and with what is already booked. Nothing on this site is a promise that a crew is free.

The design of this site, its words, and the photographs of our work on it belong to us or to the people we had make them. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a line and say where it came from, or print a page for your own records.

Ask us first before you copy the whole thing, reuse our photographs in your own material, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something.

• Other companies named or shown on this site, including the equipment manufacturers and the operators we have worked for, own their own names and logos. They appear here to show who we have done work for, and nothing more should be read into it.
• A machine model named on this site is named so you can tell whether we have worked on your equipment. It does not mean the manufacturer is involved with this website.

Where we link somewhere else, we are pointing at something useful on the day we wrote the page. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do later.

Do not attack the site, scrape it wholesale, try to reach parts of it that are not published, or use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful, abusive or automated.

We keep this site accurate and we fix what we find. We cannot promise it is free of errors, or that it is available every minute, and we are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on general information here instead of asking us. If a page matters to a decision you are making, ring and confirm it.

Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be contracted out of. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again, whichever we choose.
